The exact clicks

1. On an iPhone: open Settings, tap your name/Apple Account at the very top, then tap Subscriptions.
2. Wait a moment for the page to load — it shows three groups: Active, Expired, and Recently Canceled.
3. For each active subscription, note its price and its next billing date, then add every active price together for your real monthly total.
4. Know the real limit of this built-in list: it only shows subscriptions billed through Apple's own in-app purchase system — a subscription billed directly by the company itself (common for streaming and software) on your card, not through Apple, will not appear here, so your real total is likely higher than this screen shows.
5. Alternative path, same destination: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture (top right), then tap Subscriptions.

What changes

• Apple's own Subscriptions screen only lists subscriptions billed through Apple's in-app purchase system — it will miss anything billed directly by the company (a common setup for services like Netflix or Spotify), so treat its total as a floor, not the full picture.
• Flow itself is not yet installable — it's finished and waiting to go up on the App Store as of this writing (27.9.2026). No install link exists yet, and none is guessed at here.
• The 89%/$86-vs-$219 figures are a survey average (West Monroe), not a claim about any one specific person's real spend — your own number, from the steps above, is the one that actually matters.
